| Nancy is a Hartford, Connecticut area native and considers herself a professional imagist. Her artwork is included in the contemporary art collection at the William Benton Museum of Art, and in March 2006 her artwork was showcased by Christa Kreeger Bowden at the Society for Photogragraphic Education 43rd National Conference in Chicago, IL, USA. Her writings on various artists and their work was published in National Graduate Seminar, Public Strategies: Public Art and Public Space. In the Spring of 2003, Nancy traveled to Japan with New York's Art/Bridge Project where she exhibited her artwork and collaborated with Japanese artists. In the Spring of 2004, her artwork again traveled to Japan and in January 2005 Nancy's artwork was bi-coastal. Her artwork was exhibited in New York and Los Angeles at the same time (see current CV for details). Nancy uses high technology to produce her images, specifically a scanner, computer and/or high resolution digital prints. She also will print on other types of materials based on the concept of the piece. Context is also important to the pieces since many of her pieces are meant to be touched or more recently, worn.
