Kayley wishes to adhere more shapes, textures and color to her pierced pendant design. She also created a dichroic glass shape for the center—as an emphasis point. When discussing her work, we talked about how she could use various media to abstractly visualize a turtle’s shell. I love her use of repetition and scale.

It is great to see Kayley using a few techniques she learned over the semester together in her final pierced pendant design. It is also great to see her replicate the same design twice well. A few students are also doing this.
