Dichroics Firing!

The images below show the works firing in the kiln. The temperature has to get up to 1,500 degrees before the firing can be brought back down. Last Friday, we showed a wonderful DVD, “Fused Glass Jewelry with Vicki Payne & Jayne Persico” that explains many aspects of making fused jewelry. It was a great starting point for the students before they jumped into making their own.
